The SENSR GP1L is a 3-axis recording accelerometer that makes collecting remote dynamic data easy. The GP1L is a compact, self-contained instrument that attaches easily to a structure, once attached the instrument records the structure's motions, vibrations and responses. The GP1L records up to 40 days of field data and converts it into concise graphs and tables for easy-to-understand evaluations and comparisons. Collecting response information allows the engineer to measure and document exactly how a structure is reacting to loads and the environment.
Easy to use and versatile
The GP1L is a purpose-built field recorder that is designed to make measuring and collecting dynamic information as easy as possible, from its intuitive software to the onboard status LEDs, the GP1L's operation has been tailored to minimize steps and eliminate questions. In addition to being easy to use the GP1L is an extremely versatile solution that has a selectable range sensor so it can be configured for a specific application and then changed for the next application. For strong motion recording user can select a low g-range setting and measure inputs that can barely be felt. For larger inputs such as collisions or violent transitions users can select a higher g-range.
Understandable outputs
The GP1L has an internal signal processing engine that allows users to configure the information they want to record. Users can select to record actual acceleration waveforms and use that data to identify frequency and thresholds values or they can choose to see statistics that describe the different responses and identifies when they occurred. The SENSR software that is included with the GP1L makes understanding and comparing data quick and easy.
