GP1L Recording Accelerometer
The SENSR GP1L is a 3-axis recording accelerometer that makes collecting remote dynamic data easy. The GP1L is a compact, self-contained instrument that attaches easily to a structure, once attached the instrument records the structure's dynamic responses.
The GP1L records up to 40 days of field data and converts it into concise graphs and tables for easy-to-understand evaluations and comparisons. The GP1L is designed to give inspectors and asset owners additional information about the condition of their structures; information such as how do piers, spans, columns and cables dynamically respond under load? Do they all respond the same? Does one element respond differently than the others? Do the elements respond the same as they did six months ago? Collecting real-world performance data and being able to register response changes and trends is an objective method for enhancing the effectiveness of inspections.
