The Handling Monitor is a multi-axis measuring instrument that monitors and records how it was handled. The instrument records and characterizes every: motion, bump, shock, drop, impact, vibration, tip and temperature change that it is exposed to during a 40 day period. Attaching the Handling Monitor to your product generates a complete time-stamped data record that documents exactly how your product was handled.
The Handling Monitor is an easy-to-use monitoring solution that does not require special training or in-depth knowledge to operate. Our solution is designed to have a new user up and running in minutes. An intuitive software program transforms the collected measurements into easy to understand charts and graphs that lets you see exactly how your product was handled. The software makes it easy to distinguish and compare how your employees, sub-contractors, shippers, riggers and customers handle your products. The Handling Monitor is the only recording solution that shows you how your product was handled throughout the journey and automatically produces a handling report to certify handling. For extremely delicate shipments, the Handling Monitor is specifically engineered to identify and record subtle handling.
