If questions arise, you will have direct contact with the engineers and technicians who build and use the products on a daily basis. Additionally as a SENSR customer you will receive free software and firmware updates for the life of your product.

Technical support is available by email or by calling 563.245.3750. Our standard hours of operation are 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday thru Friday. In general emails are answered within 30 minutes and calls are taken directly. When emailing us please include the model number of the device you would like assistance with.
