To demonstrate our belief in our engineering capabilities, every SENSR instrument comes with exclusive lifetime customer support and applications assistance. If questions arise, you will have direct contact with the engineers and technicians who build and use the instrument on a daily basis. Additionally, as a SENSR customer you will receive free software and firmware updates for the life of your product.

Technical support is available by email or by calling 563.245.3750 to speak to a member of our technical staff. Our standard hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, M - F. In general, emails are answered within 30 minutes of arrival and calls are taken directly.

Calibration

SENSR products are rugged, precision measuring instruments that contain a DC response accelerometer. This allows the user to verify calibration on-site by simply standing the unit on the different faces and noting the reported value. If you notice that the instrument is not reporting a realistic value, it may have been subjected to a high g impulse such as a drop and require recalibration. Contact Technical support for scheduling your instrument for calibration.
